Maundy Thursday @ work

Maundy Thursday, which is the day before Good Friday, is a popular Christian holiday in countries such as the Philippines. It is a regular non-working holiday in the Philippines. So in short double pay ang mga papasok ngayon.

Pros of going to work on holiday

Cons of going to work on holiday

So bukas holiday ulit kasi Black Friday at my pasok pa ko. Kasi last day na rin ng pasok ko bukas im on my 60 days Mat Leave. Im expecting baby boy this April and excited. So Pray for my safe delivery, AJA!!

Housing Loan

It's a more than a week now since we started to think about getting a house, a sudden future plan was thought about and it's really happening.  The dream of owning a house one day, hubby and I have talked about buying a house knowing one day we will still leave in the current house we are staying.  It comes to the point that we are decided to get a home loan, a big commitment but well we will be the one who will benefit and it's better than forever renting a house. Our family is getting bigger and need to move in to much bigger place.

A few days ago, I've started to research, inquire and visit a bank to ask about home loan, the current annual fees, the hidden fees, mode of payment, requirements to apply and everything about home loan. They said there's a lot of homework and research what sort of property and visiting financial institution for comparison of home loan especially the rates but I think when everything is all fine, it's all worth the time and effort of running around just to get the right loan. First option is to get it thru Pag-IBIG, because you can loan it for 25-30 years in small monthly fees. In banks like BPI and BDO you can only have until 15-20 years, but bank loans is much faster to get approved rather than Pag-ibig. There are low cost housing or row housing, but you need to make sure the amenities and in long term how it is established. Sometimes row house is getting crowded.

I would like at least 150sqm that would range to 1.5-2m like what the Jubilation south subdivison offers. :)  This is a long term goal for the family, and good investment for the future. In such time we can get ours. :)

Sunday's Best Recipe - Sweet and Sour Galunggong

Ingredients :

Pritong galunggong
Pineapple chunks
Tomato Sauce
Garlic
Onions
Bell Pepper
Salt
Soy sauce

Procedure:

1. Fry Galunggong until brown (Set aside)
2. Saute Garlic, onion, Bell Pepper add tomato sauce and pineapple. Add salt, soy sauce and pepper to taste
3. Add the Fried Fish and served in a plate.

Hola!! Sweet and Sour Galunggong

On the side naman, naisipan kong gumawa ng Lettuce side dish.

New Skin

Year of the Snake as the Chinese Calendar says. Like the snake i decided to change the skin of my blog. This time its summer theme, refreshing di ba?

It's very difficult to adjust to this theme, kasi ung mga add on ko sa side hinde magkasya, so i end up removing them. This looks neat, and simple. Gusto ko ung mga makukulay na background that if someone sees it matutuwa naman.

So, please enjoy my new look.

Group Almusal

Morning shift ako ngayon and i've been on this shift for 7 months now, kasi binigyan nila ako ng special treatment since im preggy.
San' ka pa, handaan na, what a good start for your morning.

Websense is Down!

Websense - is IT Security software used by customers, including companies, schools and libraries, to protect their networks from spyware, prevent students from viewing sexual or other inappropriate content, discourage employees from spending time browsing webpages instead of working, and similar purposes.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Websense

In short this is the Web filtering used by my company to block access to Facebook, You tubes, Sports, entertainment sites. And it's been down for 2 days now. On this case no one reported and everyone seems like enjoying the privileges to access prohibited sites.
At nasa IT kame sakop kame ng Policy itonh hnde din kame allowed to browse this.

While down pa, soundtrip mode ako sa site na toh. Kiss You – One Direction Lyrics & Listen

Sunday's Best

Sunday's Best"Recipe"

As usually Goto Egg ako at si hubby Mami Egg with Tropicana at mogu-mogu drinks.

Im on my 7th month and still kaya pang makipagsiksikan sa ganung dame ng tao.

Upcoming Spice for Redishapples

On this quarter Im adding tabs for my blog. I will be calling it Sunday's Best recipe. I will be sharing the fun of the kitchen activities, new recipes i discover anything about foods, cooking stuffs and restaurants. Why "Sunday's Best", kasi every Sunday is my off, and every sunday lng ako nkakapunta ng palengke para mamimili ng stocks for the week. And un lng dn ang time na nakakapag-luto ako, and we get sometime off to go out.

Little by little, natututo na akong magluto from main dishes to desserts.

Tipong pritong isda with fried garlic on top and eksena.
