Sunday's Best

Sunday's Best"Recipe"

Eto ang unang post ng aking Sunday's special. Maagang nakauwe si hubby from night shift sa duty nya kaya maaga rin kme nakapunta sa palengke. Pag-dating sa bayan ng Binan nag-almusal muna kame sa sikat na bakery sa Binan ang Alvarez bakeshop, hindi lang mga tinapay at cake and meron pati Goto, Arrozcaldo, Mami.. As usually Goto Egg ako at si hubby Mami Egg with Tropicana at mogu-mogu drinks.

Sa palengke, habang pupunta sa bilihan ng Isda, halos hinde mahulugang karayom ang mga tao papasok ewan ko ba bakit ang daming tao. Mga nakaraang linggo naman ay hnde ganun ang dagsa ng tao. Im on my 7th month and still kaya pang makipagsiksikan sa ganung dame ng tao. Sinimulan muna namin mamili sa Myna and Shirley's yan ang pangalan ng pwesto ng suki namin sa baboy.

First time namin mamili at maghanap ng Isda para sa aking Sunday's Best recipe. At nakakita kame ng kakaibang isda, "Yellow Fin", mejo mahal din pla an kilo nito php 220/kilo.

Yellow Fin Ala-Pobre
(A la pobre means of the poor so maybe it includes ingredients that are cheap and plentiful)

Ingredients
1//2 kilo or 5 to 6 slice of Yellow Fin
Cooking oil
4-5 cloves of garlic (it depends on you, but i prefer more garlic for tasting)
1 onion, finely chopped
Celery / Onion Springs
Soy Sauce
Pepper
Water and Flour mixture
Calamansi


Method
1. Scrub Yellow Fin with calamansi and salt
2. Fry the Fish until its brown or cooked
3. Once done fry Garlic and put aside for the toppings
4. Saute Garlic, onion, celery in Butter then add soy sauce
5. Add Water and Flour mixture,pepper
6. Stir all ingredients until all mixed
7. Place Fish in plate, pour sauce on top and sprinkle a generous amount of fried garlic and onion springs
